Use the workout builder when a client needs targets and logging, not only a video or PDF.
Clients can record actual sets, weight, duration, rounds, and applicable remaining reps. Trainers can review completed work and previous-result context.
With the iPhone app and an Apple Watch, a client can run the day from the wrist: see each set's target, adjust reps and weight with the Digital Crown, and follow a rest timer. Finished sets go to the same log. Sets of regular exercises, supersets, warm-ups, and cool-downs run on the Watch; circuit, AMRAP, and EMOM blocks are recorded on iPhone. The Watch shows the workouts the iPhone app last loaded, so open the iPhone app to refresh them.
