Trainer Space is a branded page and client workspace inside FitSpace. It is for authors who bring their own audience and want direct offers, automatic access, programs, materials, chat, and check-ins in one product.
| Channel | Discovery | Commercial model | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Marketplace | FitSpace catalog | Marketplace rules and commission | Reaching new buyers |
| Trainer Space | Your link and audience | Author subscription; 0% FitSpace commission on direct checkout | Direct clients and ongoing delivery |
| Hybrid | Both | Rules follow the channel of each sale | Discovery plus direct retention |
Payment processor fees are separate from the author subscription. Marketplace commission is unchanged. Trainer Space is not a separate white-label mobile app — clients still use FitSpace — but Pro and Studio plans can attach a custom domain to your public landing page.
Open Trainer Space. The author shell has six main tabs:
| Tab | Purpose | Doc |
|---|---|---|
| Dashboard | Launch checklist, KPIs, attention alerts, quick actions | Dashboard |
| Products | Programs, marketplace products, offers | Programs & delivery, Offers & checkout |
| Clients | Students, chat, check-in templates and inbox | Clients, chat & check-ins |
| Billing | Author subscription, plan change, add-ons, usage | Billing & limits |
| Site | Public landing page and custom domain | Site & domain |
| Settings | FitSpace checkout vs own payments | Settings & payments |
Products and Clients are gated until you subscribe or start a trial. The live billing screen is always the source of truth for plan price and limits.
Do not mix these up when talking to clients:
| Subscription | Who pays | What it unlocks |
|---|---|---|
| Author subscription | You → FitSpace | Trainer Space workspace, seats, video storage, billing features |
| Student offer | Your client → the trainer’s offer through available FitSpace checkout | Access to a program, chat, materials, check-ins for a set period |
Your author plan limits active seats and video storage. A student recurring offer bills the client for program access — it is not your FitSpace SaaS bill.
Prices and limits come from Billing in the workspace. See Billing and limits for the catalog checked on 2026-09-30:
| Tier | Active seats | Video storage | Notable extras |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | 2 | 120 min | Basic coaching workspace |
| Solo | 5 | 300 min | Higher capacity |
| Starter (recommended) | 15 | 600 min | AI nutrition draft, basic analytics |
| Pro | 50 | 2,000 min | Custom domain, higher limits |
| Studio | 150 | 4,000 min | Contact sales, priority support |
Own Payments, booking, exports, webhooks, and advanced automations are coming later, not available just because listed among planned tier benefits.
Annual billing = 10× monthly (about two months free). Add-ons can raise seat and video caps within plan limits. Contact-sales tiers have no self-service price in the catalog.
