An offer connects a price and access rules to a Trainer Space program or to a marketplace product (course, meal plan, or coaching) sold on your page. The same catalog product can have both a marketplace listing and its own Trainer Space offer — that is separate from program modules. A program's offer is part of the program form: open the program and choose Edit. For a course, meal plan, or coaching product, open Products → the product → Sale. Landing copy and public URLs live under Site & domain.
A program's price and terms are fields of the program form. You can create and edit a program, and save its price and terms as a draft offer, without a subscription. A draft offer is not visible to buyers. The program form does not put the offer on sale: the On sale switch is on the program page and appears only after every step of the Program setup checklist is done. Putting the offer on sale, or editing one that is already on sale, requires an active Trainer Space subscription or eligible trial: switching On sale on opens the subscription screen, and after you subscribe you return to the program page. You can still turn off an existing offer; previously paid access keeps its original terms.
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Price & currency | What the buyer pays (matches host: USD or RUB) |
| Billing mode | One-time purchase or recurring subscription |
| Access duration | Days of workspace access after purchase or renewal |
| On sale | Publish or pause the offer without deleting it. For a program this is a separate switch on the program page, shown once the setup checklist is complete |
| Payment collection | FitSpace checkout (default) or external checkout (Starter+) |
| Terms & rules | Pause/cancel behavior, service level shown before checkout |
One primary CTA per offer on your landing page. Do not imply lifetime access unless the offer explicitly grants it.
| Mode | Best for | Buyer sees |
|---|---|---|
| One-time | Fixed program, challenge, package | Single charge; access for N days |
| Recurring | Ongoing coaching, membership | Billing interval before checkout; renewals extend access |
Recurring student billing is separate from your FitSpace author subscription — see Billing & limits.
FitSpace hosts checkout on your landing:
After confirmed payment:
Pending or failed payments must not grant access.
As of 2026-09-30, the public catalog marks Own Payments as coming later, including on Starter and higher tiers. The following steps apply only in an environment where the feature is explicitly enabled; use available FitSpace checkout for a public launch:
External checkout does not remove processor fees on your side — FitSpace still takes 0% platform commission on direct sales, not payment processing on your stack.
Your author plan may cap published offers. Check Billing → Usage before launch. Unpublish offers you are not actively selling to free slots.
Students appear under Clients with the granting offer. Seat counts feed Billing → Usage. Cancelling a recurring student payment does not always remove access immediately — the current paid period may continue.
