Trainer Space dashboard

Launch checklist, KPIs, attention alerts, and quick actions on the author home tab.

The Dashboard tab is your Trainer Space home at /author/trainer-space. Use it daily to see launch progress, health metrics, and the next recommended action.

Launch checklist and next step

When setup is incomplete, the dashboard shows a launch track:

Create product → Create offer → Publish page → First student

Each step links into the right tab (Products, Site, Clients). Finish the chain from Launch checklist before heavy marketing spend.

The next step card surfaces the highest-priority incomplete item — follow it instead of jumping randomly across tabs.

KPI cards

KPI tiles summarize workspace health (exact labels follow your locale):

Area	What it reflects
Active clients	Seats in use vs plan
Offers	Published direct offers
Programs / products	Catalog size and readiness
Usage signals	Video or seat pressure

Numbers update after billing reconciliation. If something looks stale after a payment, refresh or revisit Billing → Usage.

Attention alerts

Alerts call out issues that block growth or delivery:

Alert	Typical cause	Action
Over limit	Seats or video above plan	Billing & limits — upgrade or add-on
Unpublished landing	Site still draft	Site & domain — publish page
At-risk students	Missed check-ins or low engagement	Clients — open filtered list

Click the alert CTA to jump to the fix. Do not ignore over-limit states before selling new packages.

Landing KPIs

When your landing is live, a block may show discovery and conversion signals (views, clicks, checkout starts — depending on plan and data availability). Use it to tune copy and primary CTA on Site & domain, not as a substitute for external analytics you already run.

Quick actions

Shortcuts commonly include:

Create program or open Products
Edit landing / view public page
Configure or review offers
Open Billing or Usage

Prefer quick actions over memorizing URLs during daily ops.

Lapsed or past-due banner

If your author subscription lapses or payment fails, a banner appears in the shell. Products and Clients may lock until you resolve billing. Open Billing to update payment method, resubscribe, or cancel scheduled downgrades.

Student access rules are separate — see Clients doc.

Contextual docs

The dashboard may show documentation links matched to your state (launch, clients, limits, troubleshooting). Full index: Trainer Space overview.
