Billing, fees, and limits

Understand the author subscription, direct checkout fees, trial, plan changes, add-ons, and usage limits.

Billing covers your FitSpace subscription for Trainer Space — not what your clients pay for program access. Client checkout is configured under Offers & checkout.

Open Billing and Usage (/usage). The live catalog is the source of truth for price, currency, trial, and limits.

Author subscription model

Checked against the public production USD/RUB catalogs on 2026-09-30. Pro and Studio include custom domain entitlement. AI meal generation is included from Starter. Own Payments, booking, exports, webhooks, and advanced automations are marked coming later, not available benefits. Check the live catalog for current prices, limits, and availability.

Trial

When eligible, start a one-time trial from Billing before self-service checkout. Trial limits are shown in the catalog. After trial, subscribe to keep Products and Clients unlocked.

Plan changes

Upgrade or downgrade from Billing:

Preview — see quote, effective date, and any over-limit warning
Confirm — apply immediately, schedule for period end, or redirect to payment

Outcome	What it means
Applied immediately	New plan active now
Scheduled for period end	Downgrade queued; current plan until `effective_at`
Requires payment	Complete checkout before change applies
Rejected over limit	Too many active seats/video for target tier — reduce usage first

Cancel a scheduled change from the catalog card when shown.

Add-ons

Raise quotas within caps:

Add-ons bill monthly or annually (10× monthly for annual SKUs). Cancel add-ons from Billing when downsizing.

Usage tab

Usage shows meters against your plan + add-ons:

Active seats (and learner vs coaching split when dual capacity is enabled)
Stored video minutes
Delivered video (when reconciliation applies)

Check Usage before a launch or plan downgrade. Over-limit states block downgrades and may trigger dashboard alerts.

Fees and commission

0% FitSpace commission on direct Trainer Space web checkout means FitSpace does not take a platform cut on those sales. It does not remove:

Stripe or YooKassa processor fees
Your author subscription
Taxes and refunds
Store charges and separate terms for native in-app purchases
Marketplace commission on catalog sales

Marketplace revenue and payouts are separate — Verification & payouts.
