Question 1

How many case studies do you need to start selling?

Accepted Answer

Three or four detailed, honest ones outperform ten shallow ones.

Question 2

Can your own transformation be your only case study?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at the start — but be upfront that it's your personal result, not an average one.

Question 3

Do you need to pay pilot group participants?

Accepted Answer

No — but agree on terms upfront (free or discounted access in exchange for feedback and consent to publish).

Question 4

What if someone in the pilot group gets a weak result?

Accepted Answer

Use it honestly — a story of "the result was smaller than expected, here's why, and here's what we adjusted" builds more trust, not less.

Question 5

How long should a pilot group run?

Accepted Answer

Usually 4–8 weeks — long enough for a visible result, short enough not to delay launching the paid course.

Question 6

Do you need written consent to publish a case study?

Accepted Answer

Yes — even an informal message giving consent protects both you and the participant.
